This week I’m off to Colorado to visit family and just as importantly to go thrifting for vintage home decor, concentrating on old world, primitives, romantic cottage core and as always I'll shopping for unusual eclectic decor pieces to resell in my vintage home decor store in Washington, my antique booth and to sell in my online shops like Etsy & Ebay. I love interior design and a good shopping spree and love to shoot vintage vignettes and to share my haul at the end of each video!

Another great haul! I really love your ring you gifted yourself so I think since I’ll be turning 66 soon I will follow your lead and hunt for a turquoise chunky ring to match a bracelet I have. Wish me luck!!

You are so welcome, I rarely buy myself anything, all my clothes are thrifted and my house is full but I like to treat myself at Christmas and during my birthday month for sure.

I so love them too! Yes, I have a kayak but the weather until today has been so iffy. But I think this is a good week to launch it.

Great finds Abigail, I love Colorado but I have a hard time finding things on the cheap there. That fiber art bag was so cute. I just want to know what your skincare/makeup routine was today, I really loved the beautiful glow you had!
Definitely a harder area to buy stuff and I definitely pay more than at home but I hate to leave empty handed. Lol, I’m not sure, maybe sweat 😅

I have the horse LE Smith glass bookends I think they are wonderful!
If I had a Bookcase I would keep them but they do look so beautiful in my booth.
I went thrifting in Alabama this week got some good stuff.

@@AbigailsArtfulAbode I went to a indoor flea market it was good seen alot of other thrift stores but didn't get to go because we were going to the beach ! We plan on going back just to thrift sometime.
3:15 we have a Hospice thrift store here & I love going there but they close early so I rarely make it there. They have really great prices though!

How did you get your treasures home ? I know then you fly your bag are by weight. I will be shopping about 12 😊hours from my house and I’m flying Just curious Thanks for taking us on your trip
Good question! I have one large suitcase and I put a smaller one inside the large one and check it. I don’t really worry about packing materials because I usually wrap things in my clothes.
I have learned to travel super light so that there’s actually extra room in my smaller bag. I put my laptop and other essentials in a backpack.
At other times, depending where I’m traveling I’ve just taken my carry on if I don’t get a free bag on the airline and bought a used suitcase at my destination to put my purchases in.
Hope that helps. Oh and I finally bought a luggage scale to take with me!! They’re only about $6.
